What we offer
Injecting drug use carries with it the risks of transmission of blood borne viruses and bacterial infections, representing a substantial risk of disease.
If you are using needles to inject heroin or anabolic steroids we can exchange used needles for new needles discretely.
After you walk in the front door, just go to the private counter at the very back of the shop. There you will see a steel bin into which you can place used needles for safe destruction.
The service is confidential, but we will require your initials and date of birth so we can make the exchange via the Harm Reduction Database. If you need more support or advice on where to go for more support then please ask us for help. Naturally, we also provide supervised methadone and buprenorphine services as well.
